Customer
satisfaction is our goal. If you receive an item that does
not meet your expectations, we will readily exchange it or
issue a refund.
Our return
process is simple and there are no restocking fees.
All returns
must be approved by a Mansfield Paper Company customer service
representative. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number which is necessary to ensure that
your return is processed in a timely manner. You will be sent
a UPS return label and additional instructions on how to proceed
with returning the product(s). Failure to contact us and to
use our UPS return label may result in additional processing
fees and a delay in processing your credit or exchange.
If you
receive merchandise that is incorrect (a "mispick"),
defective, or has been damaged in transit, you must contact
us within 30 days of delivery. You must request an RMA before
returning your item(s). Once the incorrect, damaged, or defective
product arrives at our facility, we can either issue a refund
or replace the item(s).

All
shipping charges, including return shipments, are the responsibility
of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Mansfield
Paper Company offers a 30-day money back guarantee on most
products, with the exception of the following:
